If you need someone to listen confidentially, respond to your concerns objectively, offer comfort, or share proven techniques to work through obstacles you are facing, I can tailor our sessions to meet your individual needs and help you identify and reach your goals.

Whether you are seeking guidance with life's everyday challenges or need help navigating a family crisis, you are not alone. My approach to family therapy seeks to facilitate cohesion and communication, promote problem solving, and to develop and maintain healthy boundaries.

In a faith based session I can provide support and encouragement from a spiritual perspective, and/or pray with you at the conclusion of our sessions if you would like that. Please know I am not a trained Bible scholar, but sometimes having a counselor with a similar faith brings comfort to people as we address the obstacles you are facing together.
